No automated decision-making or profiling within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR is carried out in relation to personal data.
The website operator ensures the security of personal data in accordance with Article 32 GDPR by implementing appropriate technical and organizational measures, taking into account the principle of proportionality.
Should a personal data breach occur despite these measures, the competent supervisory authority will be notified in accordance with Article 33 GDPR, and affected data subjects will be informed in accordance with Article 34 GDPR, where required by law.
