Shipping policy
All orders are shipped via DHL. International orders are also shipped via DHL.
Upon request, your order can be delivered to a DHL Packstation. If you would like to use this service, please leave a note in the order comments field during checkout.
Unless otherwise agreed by law, customers are responsible for the cost of returning goods. This does not apply to returns resulting from incorrectly delivered items. If an item needs to be exchanged due to an error on our part (for example, if the wrong size or colour was shipped), DETTKE will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item.
Please complete the contact form on our website, and we will promptly reimburse your return shipping costs where applicable. We aim to respond to all enquiries within 3–5 business days.
Please note that international shipments may be subject to additional taxes, customs duties, import VAT, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
If a shipment is returned to us because delivery to the customer was unsuccessful, the customer shall bear the resulting shipping costs unless the failed delivery was caused by circumstances beyond the customer’s control or the customer was only temporarily prevented from accepting delivery.
